I really want abs by the end of summer but I don't want them seriously toned does anybody know any workouts that can help me?
always started with your lower avs first because there the hardest to come in. Do hanging leg lifts 4x5-12 reps, weigh long arm cruches,plank side dips, air bikes. An also do moutain climbers,burpess,sucides etc to really get rid of the bodyfat. Wish u luck hope this helps
