If you're looking to lose weight, you need to give upthings that are existant in your everyday lifestyle. That means 5 small meals a day and no chips or carbonated soft drinks (you'll save cash too). I'm currently doing this myself and it's not easy due to corporate marketing throughout your whole lives.

You have the power to say no. Potato chips are the number one worst thing for you to eat. Carbonated soda will rip apart your inards.

Half the plate should be vegetables with every meal, Three ounces of meat and some grains along with something healthy to drink. It's a lot to do but you just have to believe in yourself!
