Help please? I Need advice..
Can someone help me out please!? I want to get a little fit, and toned on my whole body like a decent kinda fit with just my body weight no weights & look toned, but what kind of workouts do I do? How many hours/days do I do these workouts? And stuff like that? #ImReady I'm determined to get this done with Time.Patience. Dedication. Little bit of motivation!! :)
There r pently routines on this app that works great but to work u need to make sure u helping your body 8 hrs sleep no fast foods lean protein fresh vegetables no more than 6 days a week workout minimum 1 half hour a day workouts can u bikecyle to work
