You definitely wanna do morning cardio (before you eat) then eat breakfast after that.
Later on in the day, work out your abs. I like "All around abs" and "Abs attack." There are some others as well.
What this does is that it helps you to burn down fat early so you can workout your abs later on. Ab workouts don't exactly give you abs, you have to burn down fat first (unless you're already really slim).
