Ello :)
my name is aprinderjit , new here and i need help to lose weight. im 13 and i weight 132 pounds (60kg) ,im 4'11' and my goal is 110. can someone please help me?!?

You are still young.. So don't worry too much just stay active! Shoot hoops ride your bike with friends eat in moderation no silly diets. You body is going to change a lot, it will go by so fast so just try and have fun and not worrying so much about your weight.

It's great that you want to adopt a healthy lifestyle. At 13, your body is still maturing. It's pretty much puppy fat. We all develop differently. Don't worry too much about numbers. Have fun working out!
