I need help trying to lose about 30 pounds I weigh 150 and I want to get back down to 120 before prom someone please help. What foods should I eat, and what type of exercise should I do?
Its all about the diet and intensity. Drop carbs to your lowest intake and increase fibre and protien. Fruits and veggies for snacks.
