On Skimble I really like Abs Attack, Core & Glute Kicks, and Thankful Thighs. The workout Full Body Shred I created combines cardio, strength, and yoga and I really feel it in my shoulders, obliques, and thighs. Outside of Skimble, kickboxing (try Jillian Michael's) and Pilates (try Winsor) are wonderful, as is P90X Ab Ripper X. Bridges and flutter kicks are also great, using a pull-up bar and lifting your legs, and hanging from the bar by your legs and doing a sit up are great muscle builders. Ballet is also good for these muscle groups. Stretch out those muscles, keep you abs in, and do your cardio, plus make sure you eat clean and get plenty of lean protein.
