I am a lazy person..... I want to loose wight I was doing good the first month but then I kinda stopped... I need help

Try to think of working out as a dance party or something fun that you like
It helps take your mind off of what your really doin
And if that doesn't work do some sit-ups and jumping jacks on commercial breaks in between tv

I bought the cardio dance workout from Dancing With the Stars. Great 40-50 min workout!!

I am not a good dancer, I have two left feet lol so instructions work for me :D
