I hate feeling so fat. I want to look & feel good about myself. I have the worst self esteem issue.
There's a lot going on around me that I have no control over.... but my happiness & weight I have control of :)
I want to gain weight and stay healthy. Have been under 95 pounds for the longest. And me and my fiance want when it comes around for me to have a baby we want my body to be ready for it.
I do workouts cause I need good fitness level on Kickbox training.
My mind works better, my body feels better, i kinda get off on it, and the looks from the ladies are nice. :)
Cause it boosts my mood afterwards and just makes me feel good about myself being in shape and knowing that the way I will look shows off the hard effort I put into it!
I workout to look and feel good. Being in shape gives me major confidence. And of course the health benefit as well ;)

To keep up with my two year old. And I got a 3 month old. Shell b moving soon.
