Get bored on a treadmill

I normally always run on a treadmill because its either 100 degrees or 30 degreaser and within the first mile I get bored and can't stop watching the timer so how do you stay occupied, thanks

Dance or lip syncb to my ipod while im running or speed walking.

Google Zombiesrun.  I use it for my bike and exercise bike.  Really is awesome

I cover the screen with my towel and play some fast music. Play around with the programmes too so the changing incline and speed keeps you challenged.

I have music, and tv. Plus I workout at the YMCA so I'm able to watch ppl coming and going. I've also taken my iPad and watched Netflix. Not sure if your at home or not but try and watch a movie, show, listen to pandora, or something. Even when I'm walking I can look through a magazine. Can't read much but the pics give my brain something else to focus on. Hth

Well treadmill is best for running....rather opting for outdoors.....I fonf it really good....n mixing it with some fast beats is jst awsm
....
