I've been doin it and it feels great and yu see progress fast!!!! Your abbs certainly start showing and alittle sore but that's a good sign!!

Yass!! We are all in this togeather one hundred sit-ups everyday ill have a six pack in 48 hours  Im so freaking ready to do this!!! Lets do it!!! 100 sit-ups!! 6 pack!! HELL YEAH!!

Just a quick note. Ab work alone will not get you a 6 pack. You need cardio but this is definitely a good start.

I'm going to start doing that get into better shape for cross country and does anyone know how to get a faster metabolism I have a slow one

Don't heavy big meals. They say to eat six times a day, brckfast, lunch, dinner lightly with snacks in between. Snacks can mean fruits, protein bars..etc. all about the small portion sizes.
