I really need help getting in shape anyone want to help?
Hello! Don't feel compelled to do your exercise in the morning. Start with leg lifts while still in bed, taking a shower, ironing,putting on makeup, etc. Tip toe squats can be done doing the same activities. After a awhile you will get creative....then motivated. Good luck..don't give up.
Anthony beat me to it. If being unhappy at being overweight is not motivation enough to get off your ass and work out then nothing will be.
