what stretches and workouts improve flexibility? Does anyone care about being flexible?

There are so many differents ways to improve your flexibility. 1. Neuromuscular: when you are stretching and you can't move more, you keep the position 3 seconds and tray to go a little bit more. Do that 10 reps per day and muscle. 2. Do traditional stretches, like in p.e. 10 seconds/reps per muscle. 3. With help, when you can go more, your workout partner help you to go farther. The you keep the position 5 seconds. This is the most popular methods, if you want more contact me. I hope I help you.

Yoga yoga yoga.  That will (over time)  really help improve flexibility

I use an app called Daily Yoga.

I use it 5 times a week, doing the "10 min sessions"

 

I've seen increased flexibility in my back, but my legs, thats another story.

I do Thai boxing and wrestling so flexibility is essential. I do stretches anytime I can.
