what stretches and workouts improve flexibility? Does anyone care about being flexible?
Yoga yoga yoga. That will (over time) really help improve flexibility
I use an app called Daily Yoga.
I use it 5 times a week, doing the "10 min sessions"
I've seen increased flexibility in my back, but my legs, thats another story.
Pilates and yoga
I do Thai boxing and wrestling so flexibility is essential. I do stretches anytime I can.
