Who likes to work out?, how can I get abbs in a month without over-working myself?

The frequency of such topics has increased quite a lot. Everyone wants everything FAST! Nobody is willing to show any commitment but they want results. It takes times! I too want abs badly and that's why I've been working out for about 6 months and still keep on going because I know it takes time.

Ive been skinny all my life eating right and working out but I do everything to get abbs and they wont show up.

No matter how many times u work out ur core u wont get a six pack because abs is made in the kitchen its about 80% diet n 20% working out so start eating ur greens n dont eat carbs after 9pm, if u are lean u can get abs in a matter of weeks so eat clean and train hard!! Good luck :)

Most people think they have to absolutely SHRED their abdominal muscles in order for any results to show, but really it's eating right and cardio. Cardio is the best for burning off fat, and of there's no fat on you, you'll see abs!
