Need to lose weight any ideas

Ok I need help losing weight and i need to get in shape for cheerleading this year btw in only 13 any ideas???

Find something you like to do: yoga, volleyball, basketball, soccer, running, or whatever you may like and keep doing it. Make smart decisions eating. I'm not saying to not eat cake or sweets but just eat smaller portions of them. Try to eat more green foods, fruits and veggies. Reward yourself as well.
