I'm a girl, 16 years old, 5ft. 9 inches and 180 pounds. I'm trying to lose about 30 pounds but without getting weak because I play sports and I want to be stronger but leaner too. I don't know if my weight is okay for my height and age but I can go run for like 30 minutes without stopping. Any tips on how to shed that much amount of weight without destroying your muscle quickly (2months)? Oh yeah, and any breathing techniques while running? Usually I breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth....

Your getting enough exercise with sports. What about your eating habbits?
