I'm a girl, 16 years old, 5ft. 9 inches and 180 pounds. I'm trying to lose about 30 pounds but without getting weak because I play sports and I want to be stronger but leaner too. I don't know if my weight is okay for my height and age but I can go run for like 30 minutes without stopping. Any tips on how to shed that much amount of weight without destroying your muscle quickly (2months)? Oh yeah, and any breathing techniques while running? Usually I breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth....

Breathing technique - inhaling two sharp breaths through the nose, breath out slowly through your mouth, see how this works out for you.

Your getting enough exercise with sports. What about your eating habbits?

I eat less than usual now so I get hungry faster but my metabolism is pretty fast so idk how much to eat and how often.. I feel like if I eat 3 good meals a day, I'll get hungry faster.

Try out 5 small meals throughout the day. That way your not eating as much when the "big meals" come around. Also this way youre keeping your metabolism at a steady rate instead of having it fluxuate throughout the day.
