What i do is if I crave it I have a little so I don't binge eat it. You can eat whatever you want while dieting but just make sure you work out and don't eat too much!

But,how because i rat a lot and im alwaus hungry if i limit my self and my weight is 119 pounds but im 11 help me i need a donut im craving it but dipped in chocolate
