I am going to start being a cheerleader soon buy do you have any good stretches to get the splits fast. I have non.

Yep!!! Ok so sit on the ground and sit in a position of a hurdler then just push your leg behind u (the leg thats bent) and try to straighten it out..after that then all u do is sit on top of ur hipsB-)
