Hey, for those of you who run track, what is your time and how old are you?
If you know someone faster than you, you can put their time down and age.

Well im 21 i run track but i running under 5min in a mile i run 4x4 and 2mile but i really want to get in the low 4 possiably under 4.i also play other sports  i wouldnt mind if anyone new like to train with me

Im a lomg distance runner like 5k, 10k, 22k but I do some sprinting for training last time I was surprised by my result I know that im not too fast and I can not reach my top speed until the last 20m but the last time I ran 100m in 10.61sec

Nope last time I ran was only because a man in a blue suit and handcuffs was chasing me not sure of time but it was@/:(; :))!$" fast
