This app is amazing there's so many workouts. You can really work out every day. It depends on what you're trying to get from exercising
It is truly about what u need to work on. @Mr12G is good person to follow for inspiration. One of the things that helps me out the most is the motivation from people to keep going. When I started I joined a few challenges in the forum section like 50 sit ups a day or something like that. Truly all of the workouts are good, u just have to commit to them because what u put in is what u are going to get out.
