Hey, I know this isn't a common issue, but I am 5'10 and 131 lbs. My goal is to hit 145. I have been working out for a few months I have kept losing weight. Any suggestions?
Eat food that contain a lot of calories and protein.eat 6 times a day
Do what james said cant afford protien shake stack up on food that has protien n also wear a 10 to 20 pound weight vest to everyworkouts. Not alot of cardio unless u play for a team n your coaches requires or suggest it
