Hey, I know this isn't a common issue, but I am 5'10 and 131 lbs. My goal is to hit 145. I have been working out for a few months I have kept losing weight. Any suggestions?

Go to macdonals 
Then eat 3 pounds of lasagna 
Then drink coke

I tried that even fast food won't work metabolism just won't let me gain.

U fucking kidding me right... I eat one French fries and I gain 3 pounds give me your stomach ..... Just watch a lots of movies and eat chips and play video games

Try eating foods with more carbs or fat

You need to eat more calories. Use a calorie counter to determine how many calories you need per day depending on your activity level. Make sure your only doing cardio to warm up and cool down. Focus on heavy weights and low reps. Mass gainer shakes are also an option.

Eat food that contain a lot of calories and protein.eat 6 times a day

Take your time gaining weight so most of it would be muscle

Do what james said cant afford protien shake  stack up on food that has protien n also wear a 10 to 20 pound weight vest to everyworkouts. Not alot of cardio unless u play for a team n your coaches requires or suggest it

Hey bro not trying to brag but im 6ft 143lbs but i was 115 till i bulk up it took about 3months to get there but hey i play more than one sports i like my weight now cause  all is left is for me to start toning up.
