Clam down, don't say about yourself "noob".
You need to get motived, Have some faith, and  you'll feel better.

I'm very happy since i've started, I feel better. Actually it's awesome.

Welcome fresh meat lol. I feel abit more confident and a lot more energetic since I have started. My issue is not finding the exact workouts I am looking for on here. So I really only use the workouts on this app when I am drawing a blank for a workout. I hope you reach all of your fitness goals!!!

Hey. Yeah it feels great when you start to see results and know you worked and the every time you do it you go that much longer push that much harder . Train insane or stay the same u get out what you put in .

If by "better" you mean 'have developed a masochistic enjoyment of hurting myself' then yes!

Only joking! This is a great app and it has helped me increase my strength/fitness but it ain't easy - pushing oneself hurts!

I definitely feel better, although it hasn't been long (two weeks) and I can't actually see results yet.

I ironed out some wrinkled joints and have less pain. I also can't make joints crack as easily. My lower back and shoulders feel loosened up and my posture looks better. I have better mobility and flexibility.

I actually gained a pound over two weeks, which is surprising as my immediate goal was not gaining weight but getting into cardio to get into a better general shape, as well as build some strength and flexibility. After that, I wanted to gain ten pounds of muscle, but I didn't think it would happen on its own and so soon.

I did change my diet and I do have a lot more protein and better nutrients, so that might have helped. In any case, I am not complaining!
