I really want to push my self to loose weight cuz i weight 128 right now and want to loose more to get rid of them curves!
I do at least 2 a day. They have so many variations I find it easy to do multiple ones. I also usually do a good 30 minute workout then work my way down till I am satisfied, or just to tired to continue.
I do 3 to 2 workout here and I train mostly at the gym
