Hi I just started gym before a week. I used to work before but I left it since a year. Can any one suggest me the best n fastest way to gain weight n build muscles?my current weight is 57 kgs.

Everyday I do 45 pushups n then I start workout for muscles. . or should I do cycling n trademill?
