I've gained alot of weight since i stopped working out.. =( looking for great ideas on flattening the belly. Please help!

Glad to see you gettn back in it! And do some extreme ab workouts & running wouldnt hurt either. Goodluck;)

Nutrition is the most important! Make sure you cut down on carbs and eat at least 1g of protein per kg of body weight :) and incorporate different types of cardio and weights activities in your workout :D
