Eating clean helps, you can't work out and and eat junk not saying you do but most people work abs but eat unhealthy fats

It takes a long time to develop but if you do workouts 2 times a day it could help! I'm not saying it will be easy but it will be faster if you do it like 3 times a week but it depends how committed you are

You could work out 6 times daily but without a very good diet you ain't gonna develop good abs.  Nothing is achieved quickly.

Eat clean, abs attack and rapid fire obliques are good workouts and of course cardio :)
