Eating clean helps, you can't work out and and eat junk not saying you do but most people work abs but eat unhealthy fats
You could work out 6 times daily but without a very good diet you ain't gonna develop good abs. Nothing is achieved quickly.
Eat clean, abs attack and rapid fire obliques are good workouts and of course cardio :)
