I'm 13 almost 14 In 8th grade. I play football and basketball and track. We lift weights for all of those. I've been signed up for weightlifting as a class end semester. I'm pretty strong and built. I can 1 rep max for bench 164lbs. Is that average, below average, or above average for an 8th grader/14year old? If you're around my age comment your bench Max please.
I think thats pretty strong. Just make sure you are keepig good form. Form always goes over weight.
When i was 15 to 16 my max was around 245 now at 26 my max is 390
