What's the Plan?..

Hey, I'm just wondering what everyones workout plan for today is.. just to give me some ideas. I'm planning on 1/2 mile jog, 2 min planks, 2min wall sit, varieties of sit ups/crunchies, & arms workout. Or... just look some workout up on here and go with the flow.. mostly targeting my abs & arms.

I think I'll do a 1 mile run today, I did glutes and thighs yesterday along with weight training

I feel best doing weights 3x week
