Hahahaha yeah farting works great for me. I'm looking for new exercises other than the old boring ones.

Not just squats and lunges but variations on them. Do regular ones, then do them slower or with 3 steps down and 1 up or with a kick...and do the same in sumo and plie squats. Try lunges with a kick after each one. Glute kickbacks...squat jumps...plank with leg lifts...froggers...mountain climbers...all are great.

Take up martial artsĀ  I've been teaching Taekwondo for 7years it is and always will be the best leg workout

what?! squads are the absolute best!!
Try these:
50 pile squats
50 jump squats
50 hindu squats
50 sumo squats
50 split squats
50 one leg squats
Repeat 3x!!
