Help with abs plsss

How do I get abs, I don't want to work out too much as I have a knee injury from softball, so some of the stuff I can't do :( But how long will it take me and what stretches and excerises will I need to do that wont be hard on my knees?

Abbs attack is a great workout! But even you could try make your own workout with crunchies where your lying down and ones with your legs up and Russian twists!!! But if your looking for small stuff do this workout for like 3 times a week but you will be able to see progress it just takes time! Good luck any more questions follow me and ask me!
