I just got back into working out 9 days ago. I am trying to work out 6 times a week. I will just have to see how long i stay motivated...
I used to exercise every other day, but now I do it every day to kick start the toning process.
Thighs- every other day(they get sore the morning after)
Cardio- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday

2 days dedicated cardiovascular exercise
3 days with random ab work (usually done after I finish working my back, arms, shoulders, etc.)
