Every day, several times a day. My lungs are not very strong (recently stopped smoking), my upper body is weak and I have back problems, so it is more realistic at first to do shorter circuits more often. It is also easier to stay motivated as the individual workouts are not very long and just challenging enough to get my blood flowing. My arms and legs do feel a bit stronger.

I think I will stretch every morning and sometimes in the evening, too. I will probably do cardio workouts, walk or run every day. Actual workouts that are meant to change my body will most likely end up five days a week at first, and when I reach my goal, I will work out three times a week for maintenance. But I think stretching and cardio will be a day-to-day activity even later.

I just got back into working out 9 days ago.  I am trying to work out 6 times a week.  I will just have to see how long i stay motivated...

Abs- everyday
Thighs- every other day(they get sore the morning after)
Cardio- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday

5 days a week

2 days dedicated cardiovascular exercise

3 days with random ab work (usually done after I finish working my back, arms, shoulders, etc.)

Every day I do something. It might be a 5k,10k, 250+ squats and Planking. One run or just planking and squats or all of it. Don't want to lose what I got!
