Best full body workout for teens

Just started. I was given advice to not focus on specific parts but to start at full body endurance workouts . I'm still in my teenage years. What's the best workout?

The advice that was given is pretty much saying don't really do a whole lot of strength training. As a Teen myself the best place to start is through body weight exercises that target multiple muscle groups.

Some of the best body weight exercises are:

Push ups
Squats
Burpees
Pull-ups
Planks
and many more.

Also don't hesitate to search through the app PLENTY of bodyweight exercises available let to get you started on your fitness journey.

I am a teen too starting to work out. The exercises listed by the other user ar great just remember to make a set for those and work on the reps
