Just started. I was given advice to not focus on specific parts but to start at full body endurance workouts . I'm still in my teenage years. What's the best workout?
The advice that was given is pretty much saying don't really do a whole lot of strength training. As a Teen myself the best place to start is through body weight exercises that target multiple muscle groups.
