You can do um.... i do bridges, squats, donkey kicks or something, planks, etc take a look on Google..

What I do is after I do my workouts on her RUN AND WALK for three hours do not come in until u can't possibly go on :)

Well it rele depends on wat u want to tone...there's rele not a workout just for teens as far as I know?

ok so whats a good workout for teens .. i want u to answer this only if ur a teen!!!!! Please no one else you have to be 12-19 to answer this!!!!

Im 14 and i just to differnet workouts I think that you can try every workout and figure it out what style is best for you :)
