I think one the best things you can do is be patient! It takes a little time but you'll reach your goals. You might have a big goal, and then have some smaller ones along the way to keep you motivated. Finding ways to stay motivated is important - goals, friends, music, etc. Diet is so important too, pay attention to what you eat. Eat healthy, workout and you will get where you want to be!
