I need help or suggestions what are some good workouts for the midsection , legs, & ugh love handles ??

hi, i love to lay on my side...nice and straight and raise my legs (one side at a time) it lifts the butt, strengthens the legs and those hips will start shrinking :)

Before toning your muscles, you might want to burn some fat.

You mentioned love handles. You will not get rid of them using the exercises suggested so far. Love handles are all fat, and you need to raise your heart rate to burn fat. You do that by doing cardio.

If you concentrate on toning first, you will not see results, because the newly toned muscle will be buried under the fat. So, your first focus should be burning fat, and you should tone your muscles only once you are clear of the unnecessary fat.

I know thats what i do i do cardio then when im sure im.ok with it ill start toning later on
