What are some good exercises to do for a bad back?

There is a really great workout on here that I do about twice a week. It mainly consists of stretching so it is easy and relaxing to do. It relaxes your spine and makes your back and shoulder joints more flexible. Every time I do it, the parts of my back that I can normally crack don't need cracking anymore. The workout is Back Pain Relief. It helps my back to be in good enough shape for other exercises. It makes me feel really good every time.
Eventually, you might want to strengthen your core for a better posture and better back muscle control which will help prevent pain. I have been doing Flexibility And Strengthening.
