There is a really great workout on here that I do about twice a week. It mainly consists of stretching so it is easy and relaxing to do. It relaxes your spine and makes your back and shoulder joints more flexible. Every time I do it, the parts of my back that I can normally crack don't need cracking anymore. . It helps my back to be in good enough shape for other exercises. It makes me feel really good every time.
