The main reason why I'm exercising is endorphins and testosterones lol.
I'm thin and short and the last thing I want is being buff and short.
I appreciate the physical benefit but Anybody as well exercising for the main reason of mental benefit?
Yeah i used to run and do much cardio for that reason, it felt good to be tired. Now i changed and am gaining muscle instead by lifting and the such. Still feels awesome to be tired and soar
