Any Ideas on what to start on first?

Cardio is always good and the rest depends on what part of your body you are unhappy with or just want to get better...?

Find a cpl casual to moderate workouts see how your feel. Rapid fire obliques and fat burner deluxe are some fun challenging ones. Have fun, enjoy!

Well I was originally a cross country runner but once I got into college it got hard for me to keep working out but it seems hard to get back in shape :/

I believe if you dedicate to a work out 3 to 4 days a week,  think about how much food you should eat, and drink water , you will see results
