Im 118 lbs and my height is 5'1". Is this fat? Should i try to lose weight? 😫

There is no possible way for anyone to know how much fat you have on this app by knowing your height and weight. If you want to know your fat percentage you will have to have it checked. The BMI is not something I would trust if I were you. It is often inaccurate.

Yeah the bmi is total BS. There are Olympians that are considered obese by the bmi scale. Like gymnasts and swimmers. The whole bmi thing is a total hoax. But see a professional. In my opinion that sounds about right. If u want to change go for muscle not  loss

Hey girl! Okay, what I want you to do is look up all kinds of pictures of body fat percentage and compare yourself to the pictures to figure out what your fat % might be and work out your goals from there. This is really one of the best ways without actually getting it measured professionally.
