I'm training for the 100 and 200 meter runs in my school, and it's up in about 2 weeks. I need to increase my speed, any tips on what exercises I should take up? I'm in high school.
Also if you could give me help on diet. Thanks! :)

High rep lunges with Medium weight. Also high rep power cleans with light weight. sprint up hills &stairs25-50 sprints running up. Do stride running on 200m:-) this should help increase speed &power. i was a track runner for 3yrs in high..was the fastest in my league:-)

No sweets,fried food,bad carbs. I would eat nothing but veggies,fish &chicken. Water water water!!!
