Hey People.who workout XD I need help going to sleep....well waking up because IM.responsible for getting my baby cuz up for school and I don't.trust myself waking up on time yo get him.ready #AnyTips

Try getting to bed before 12am. It does make a difference.

Hmmmm, may be you can set an alarm to get up? Or would that make you anxious?
