Sleep/ Getting up

Hey People.who workout XD I need help going to sleep....well waking up because IM.responsible for getting my baby cuz up for school and I don't.trust myself waking up on time yo get him.ready #AnyTips

Try getting to bed before 12am. It does make a difference.

I try that but whatever time I go to sleep I over sleep

Hmmmm, may be you can set an alarm to get up? Or would that make you anxious?

Put ur alarm outside handreach. So you have to get out to shut it off.
