Working your abs is one part but getting your body fat down to the point where you can see the muscles is the real challenge for most ppl.

Cardio. Calorie tracking. Eating tons of whole foods, fruits and veggies, whole grains. Less wheat, no sugar.

Do do too much cardio. MAybe 1-3 times a week. 3times the most. Try this workout P90x: Ab Ripper X eat sufficient protein and carbs. Also get your healthy fats in.
