Sorry about jonas. Hey sweetie make sure you get some exercise and try getting ready for bed early even if you aren't sleeping yet. Also don't eat after 8pm it could keep u up. Good luck
Exercise in the morning...avoid exercise, tea, coffee, atleast 2-3 hours before your sleep-time...avoid your daytime nap...have a light dinner...
