Losing thigh fat is really just "losing fat"
There is no way to focus fat loss on one part of your body. Working your legs will shape the muscles, though, and that really helps look good, especially after you lose some of the fat.
Fat loss is attained through diet and exercise. Build muscle to increase metabolism, do cardio to burn lots of calories, eat clean, whole real foods with a majority of veggies...
Anything that gets you moving, your heart rate up will burn calories and help you toward that thigh goal. You gotta work on your food habits too, though. If you work out a lot but then just eat without being careful you can see almost no results (of course you will be a bit stronger and fitter though)
