I tried.working out and eating right & still no results...anything new i can try ?
More intense workouts, and drinking protein shakes or eating protein bars. Don't go overboard on them. Use them as refueling yourself, or for a meal substitute.
I've been doing that and working out for 6 months hard-core. And I've list about 50 pounds. =) never get discouraged!
Maybe yours workouts are not enough intensiv
Try to change them and don't be afraid to use weight
After an intensiv workout you must be exausted. If not that means that it is to easy for you
