What can you try something new to lose the weight?

I tried.working out and eating right & still no results...anything new i can try ?

More intense workouts, and drinking protein shakes or eating protein bars. Don't go overboard on them. Use them as refueling yourself, or for a meal substitute.

I've been doing that and working out for 6 months hard-core. And I've list about 50 pounds.  =) never get discouraged!

Thanks ill try that even though i dont drink that much protein drinks but my.mom makes alot of drinks like shakes and she puts healthy fruits and vegetables and oatmeal in it does that help too?

Short intervals, eat clean and train mean.
Change your workout routine every 4 weeks. Don't be affraid to use weights.

I do short workouts for 30 mins & i also eat clean now but i just sometimes dont know what to try to lose the weight i got.the fitnesspal but its kinda of hard to.use it

Maybe yours workouts are not enough intensiv
Try to change them and don't be afraid to use weight
After an intensiv workout you must be exausted. If not that means that it is to easy for you
