It's the time. It's ski and snowboard season! I'm looking for some good workout or exercise to get me ready for the slopes. Any ideas or tips?

Work on arms mainly triceps also your  lats and lower back a little bit of legs and a little bit of abs

Thanks!!! That helps on what I need to focus. What should I spend most of my time on, legs? Or equal amount on all areas?
