So I wanna have a body to be proud of.
I want a flat or toned stomach.
And A cute perky butt!
All before summer...which is in 3-4 months
Any helpful tips?
Ps. Motivation is always welcome

Be consistent! Do long workouts it short workouts, it doesn't matter. Don't over think it. Do a variety of workouts on this app, and it will happen IF you also tracksuit nutrition and keelboat carbs around 130g per day
