Hey there,well i was thinking about if someone could give me some advices,because i'm new with these about to do workout.
So please help me xD.
For starters you could try clicking workout on the home Page then there's a magnifying glass and you can type what workout you want. Try a few everyone's different so some workouts will work better than others. Give it a shot what do you have to lose. :-)
So you wanna work on abs?
In terms of skimble only- when you go to the workout page, you can click on the top where is says difficulty and such. There you can slide the target to abs, including time and intensity.
There are of course other resources besides skimble, but for beginers, its a great resourse.
