this upcoming semester im not gonna be having pe anymore because ive fulfilled my credits for it, which means nearly 7 hrs sedentary. wha tare some ways i can try to stay active and keep blood flowing? esp if its a discreet workout i can do in class. i already walk at lunch, any more suggestions to try and keep the day healthy and a little less misnd numbing?
