Work out for this week

So staring this week am going all out on working out who gonna join me on this?

If you want I can give you some advice... you should start with the biceps and back... next day triceps and breasts, next day legs than one day full abs exercise and the last one is cardio:)

This is what I usualy go for...

list your target areas:biceps,triceps,chest,back,shoulders,abs,legs(any order you like). You want 2 workouts for each,1mn. long.Do a ab workout after each workout. Drink water when needed.this should be done in 30mns. Finish with 20-30mns. of cycling,jogging or mix it up. Once you get this down packed,try a A.M. and P.M.. Yep 2x a day. Good Luck Brother!!!
